HEBA ATEF BEDEIR NAROUZ was abducted by muslims with the aim of forcibly converting her to islam.

HEBA ATEF BEDEIR NAROUZ was abducted on May 18, 2024.

Heba Atef suffers from a mental illness, there are official medical reports confirming this and that she is not aware of what she is doing. Heba separated from her husband for this reason because her husband discovered her mental disorder after the wedding, and the Minya Psychiatric Hospital wrote a report on Heba's condition and indicated that she is not able to make decisions.

On May 2024, Heba Atef's family filed a police report.

Certificate of Islamization

Recently on February-March 2025, after Heba Atef's family lost hope of finding her, her father has extracted a copy of her birth certificate after finding a certificate of islamization in Heba's name that was circulated on Facebook, and indeed after extracting a copy of her birth certificate, Heba's name was changed and her religion was changed from Christianity to Islam, and by law the islamization certificate in Heba's name is considered invalid because she is not responsible for her actions due to her mental illness, and Heba's family has official reports from hospitals in Minya confirming that Hiba is unaware of what she is doing.

And we ask the following questions:

1-How can Al-Azhar issue an islamization certificate in the name Heba, the Christian woman who is mentally ill and unable to make any decisions, as confirmed by official medical reports

2-how did the Ministry of Justice certify an islamization certificate on behalf of Heba Atef who is mentally ill and not qualified to make any decisions

3-How the Ministry of Interior changed the official papers and personal data of Heba Atef in the civil registry and changed her name and religion from Christianity to islam, she is mentally ill and not qualified to make any decisions, as stated in the official medical reports.
